If it was all the time, I would chose silence from manmade devices.  If you said life or death, that I absolutely have to chose, then I would say Built to Spill (and it would be all of their albums).

Favorite sandwich: A sandwich usually consists of bread.  Bread is only bread if it contains wheat.  Not sure if there is a definition out there.  If I could eat it without unpleasant consequences, I would eat Dave’s Good Seed bread and there are too many great fillings to pick just one type.
