Back To The Track In Black

Another first Tuesday, another pile of Ironclad in the race last night. Voytilla, Dezellum, Crawfy, Smith, Gerowbot, Haywood, Pressey, Colonel, Leineweber, and Travis Bickle all took to the action and decided to throw a lot of punches. The whole thing took place under the watchful eye of Jose Sandoval of Team Cthulhu, and he’s responsible for all the pictures.

As for the race, everyone knows there’s nothing worse than sitting in doing nothing when you have a team on hand, and even worse, taking lame, slow pulls sucks. So we decide as usual to shake shit up as best we can.

So on it went, taking the majority of the primes and keeping our final bullets ready for the ending sprint. A few short lived breaks with a few guys in them kept things interesting for a bit.

In the final gallop we slotted Dezellum in 3rd in the large group sprinting for the line. And overall we had 5 guys in the top 15 places after all the prime points were added up. Good stuff.

MVP ride to Joe Leineweber for the last lap flyer that stretched everything out for half a lap. And to think he was worried about getting dropped!

While the racing went on below, a bunch of sick, injured, broke, and uninterested teammates sat in the stands to “checkle” – a hybrid of cheering and heckling. It’s a lot of fun.
